All membership packages include:

Newborns

Birth - 2 months

This includes the newborn visit, weight check visits, and 1- and 2-month well visits, as well as any sick visits and lactation services. All visits provided in the comfort of your own home (within 15-minute radius of the office).

Monthly fee: $300

Infants

2 months - 12 months

This includes all well visits and sick or problem-based visits, including lactation assistance and feeding or developmental issues. Visits occur in our beautiful Fort Myers office.

Monthly fee: $225

Little Kids

12 months - 5 years

This includes all well visits and sick or problem-based visits, including feeding or developmental concerns or behavior issues. Visits occur in our beautiful Fort Myers office.

Monthly fee: $175

Big Kids

5 years - 18 years

This includes all well visits and sick or problem-based visits, including mental health, female health, and other teen issues. Sports physical paperwork provided upon request. Visits occur in our beautiful Fort Myers office.

Monthly fee: $125

Multiple Children

All ages

For children sharing one or both parents and/or living in the same home, we offer a 25% discount on the monthly fee for the second (or more) child. Discount will apply to the less expensive membership fee(s).

Family max of $500/month.
